Watch as Manjula prepares Indian upma sooji. This popular dish is great for breakfast as its similar to cream of wheat.

You will need:

½ cup sooji (rava, semolina flour)

2 tablespoon oil

½ teaspoon black mustard seed

½ teaspoon cumin seed

20 peanuts

1 chopped green pepper

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup green peas

1 cup and 2 table spoons of water

½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
