-frozen blueberries
-vanilla extract
Step 1: Put Yogurt in the Jar
Step 2: Put Your Oats in the Jar
Step 3: Add Extract
Step 4: Add Frozen Blueberries
Step 5: Put it in the fridge leave overnight

This is just another testament that eating healthy doesn't have to feel like "bird food". You can have choice! The thing is it takes time and consistency equals success.
Best part of making these oats is you can get flexible with your ingredients. So if you want pineapple, mango, and flaxseed go ahead.
